Graded VG 3 by PSA. T206 Magie error card. This is a very pleasing medium-grade example of this famous error card. The card is very clean and extremely well centered, with bold colors, a crisp, perfectly focused image, and a few very minor surface creases which do not significantly detract from the card's overall superb eye-appeal. The corners are evenly rounded. The reverse of the card features a crisply printed advertisement for Piedmont Cigarettes (150 Subjects, Factory No. 25 which has slightly been scratched off the surface). This is an extremely pleasing mid-grade example, with an exceptional appearance, of one of the hobby's most legendary rarities. Reserve $2,000. Estimate $4,000/$8,000. |
