Full ticket to the 1946 All-Star Game, held at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts, on July 9th. PSA has encapsulated the ticket and certified it as “Authentic.” This is one of only five full examples evaluated by PSA, with only three having received a numerical grade. Ted Williams provided most of the heroics for the hometown crowd at the 1946 midsummer classic, hitting two home runs with five RBI in the American League’s 12-0 win. The ticket (6 x 2.5 inches) displays a few small areas of paper loss on the front, creases, and what appears to be tape repair on the reverse to one of the perforated seams. There is also a name written on the reverse in black ink. In Fair to Good condition overall.
