SGC-graded trio of one of Eddie Plank's most striking and sought-after cards, from one of the most popular sets of the 1910-era. 1) POOR 10. Bright and crisp, with excellent centering, this example has been appropriately downgraded for evidence of album removal on the reverse. 2) POOR 10. Well-centered example. Evenly rounded corners, moderate creasing, and several pinholes are responsible for the assigned grade. 3) POOR 10. Centered slightly to the left with evenly rounded corners and heavy creasing. Plank is one of the keys to this scarce caramel-card set issued in 1909 by the Philadelphia Caramel Co. of Camden, New Jersey. This is a very presentable yet still relatively affordable trio of this all-time classic Plank card. Total: 3 cards. Reserve $200. Estimate $400+.
