Very presentable PC760 Rose Postcard example of Charlie Hemphill of the New York Highlanders. Among advanced collectors, Rose Postcards are regarded as one of the most striking and magnificently designed baseball-card sets ever produced. They are also extremely rare. The offered card has obvious condition flaws, including corner, edge, and surface wear, and a few creases. The reverse has pencil notations and a purple ink stamp (most likely the original owner's name). This is a very pleasing example from one of the era's most classic sets. Reserve $100. Estimate (open).
